#### **1. Acceptance of the "Village Laws"**
By accessing or using **Sytbay Village**, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not "settle" in our village. We reserve the right to update these laws at any time to keep the community safe.
#### **2. User Eligibility & Accounts**
- **Registration:** You must provide accurate information to create an account.
- **Security:** You are responsible for the "key to your hut" (your password). Sytbay Village is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.
- **Age:** Users must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
#### **3. The "SaaS" Space Ownership Rule**
Sytbay Village allows users to create and manage independent **Spaces** (e.g., Wikis, Forums, Project Rooms).
- **Space Admins:** If you create a Space, you are the "Headman" of that space. You are responsible for moderating its content and its members.
- **Independence:** While Sytbay Village provides the tools, the views expressed within an independent Space do not necessarily reflect the views of the Sytbay Village administration.
- **Compliance:** Space Admins must ensure their space does not violate Global Village Laws (no illegal content, extreme spam, or malware).
#### **4. Content & Intellectual Property (Village Wisdom)**
- **Your Content:** You own the text, images, and "wisdom" you post.
- **Our License:** By posting on Sytvil.site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.
- **Plagiarism:** "Stolen" content (copyrighted material used without permission) is strictly prohibited. If you share knowledge from another source, give credit.
#### **5. Gamification & Reputation (Karma)**
- **Nature of Points:** "Village Wisdom," badges, and Karma scores are digital symbols of reputation. They have **no monetary value** and cannot be traded for real currency.
- **Fair Play:** Any attempt to "farm" points, use bots to upvote, or manipulate the gamification system will result in a reputation reset or account ban.
#### **6. Prohibited Conduct**
To maintain the harmony of the Village, the following are banned:
- Hate speech, harassment, or bullying of other Villagers.
- Posting "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW) content in public spaces.
- Spamming or using the platform solely for unsolicited advertising.
- Attempting to bypass platform security.
#### **7. Privacy & Data (Zim Cyber Act Compliance)**
We value your privacy. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the **Zimbabwe Cyber and Data Protection Act**. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
#### **8. Limitation of Liability**
Sytbay Village is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime on our site, we are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or the actions of other users.
#### **9. Exile (Termination)**
The Village Elders (Site Admins) reserve the right to suspend or delete any account or Space that violates these terms, without prior notice.
