- **Account Details:** Your name, email address, and any profile information you choose to share (such as your expertise or location).
- **Village Contributions:** Posts, Wiki entries, comments, and questions you contribute to any Space.
- **Interaction Data:** "Village Wisdom" points, badges earned, and your upvotes/downvotes.
- **Technical Logs:** Basic connection information used solely to maintain site stability and prevent unauthorized access.
#### **3. How Your Information is Used**
- To operate the social and educational features of the platform.
- To manage the reputation and gamification system that rewards high-quality contributors.
- To allow Space Admins to manage their independent communities effectively.
- **Strict Rule:** We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside marketers.
#### **4. Security of the Village**
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/HTTPS) to ensure that your communication within the Village remains private. Our internal systems are monitored to prevent data misuse and to protect the collective "Wisdom" of our members.
#### **5. Space-Level Privacy**
When you join an independent **Space** (like a Movie Wiki or a Study Group), the Admin of that Space can see your membership. However, they are bound by these same Village Laws and cannot use your data for purposes outside of that specific community.
#### **6. Your Rights & Control**
As a "Villager," you have full control over your data:
- **Transparency:** You can see all the information stored in your profile at any time.
- **Correction:** You can update or fix your information through your account settings.
- **The Right to Leave:** You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal profile data will be removed from our active records.
#### **7. Cookies**
We use small "cookies" to keep you logged in as you move between different Spaces. These are essential for the platform to remember your preferences and "Village" progress.
#### **8. Updates to this Policy**
As the Village grows, we may update these rules. Significant changes will be announced in the "General Village Square" space.
